THE CRAFTS OF COMICS: FROM LETTERING TO TRANSLATION

I’m pleased to announce my participation in the “THE CRAFTS OF COMICS: FROM LETTERING TO TRANSLATION” meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, April 10th, at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in HALL 30 at the Translators Café. This event, organized by the AIE Comics and Graphic Novels Commission, presents a valuable opportunity to delve into the various professions in the world of comics, from lettering to translation.

I will have the pleasure of sharing my experience as a lettering expert, discussing the secrets and challenges of this lesser-known craft. It will be a unique opportunity to explore together the dynamics behind the scenes of comics, alongside professionals such as Paola Cantatore, Alessandro Nalli, Fabio Gamberini, and Anna Martino.

Sono contento di annunciare la mia partecipazione all’incontro “I MESTIERI DEL FUMETTO: DAL LETTERING ALLA TRADUZIONE“, che si terrà mercoledì 10 aprile al Bologna children’s book fair nell’HALL 30 al Translators Café. Questo evento, organizzato dalla Commissione Comics e Graphic Novels di AIE, rappresenta una preziosa occasione per approfondire le varie professionalità nel mondo del fumetto, dal lettering alla traduzione.
